
Dayana is a dedicated Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and a member of the Canadian Psychological Association. With over 16 years of experience, she offers a compassionate and expert approach to mental health and wellness.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling from Canada Christian College, a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Yorkville University, a Postgraduate diploma in Forensic Psychology from the University of Liverpool and a Mediation & Conflict Resolution diploma from Herzing College. Her extensive training enables her to utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, with specializations in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Dayana’s primary focus is in relationships. She is a Couples Therapist trained by the Gottman Institute (Levels 1 & 2), skilled in navigating challenges such as separations and infidelity. Additionally, she is a certified Sex Therapist from the University of Guelph and a SYMBIS Assessment certified counselor specializing in pre-marital guidance for couples preparing for marriage or cohabitation.
As a certified Dating Coach from the Hart Coaching Academy, Dayana helps individuals navigate the complexities of modern dating. Furthermore, she is a qualified Image Consultant and Etiquette Consultant, trained at IAP College.

Dayana is also a Qualified Mediator with the ADR Institute of Ontario/Canada (ADRIO/ADRIC). She offers family mediation services for couples seeking to separate or divorce outside of the court system.
